 These Lessons are for students to build confidence while swimming, we work on All Strokes, Breathing, Floating, Treading Water Flip Turns, Diving and Water Safety.  Each Level (1-6) is designed to make your child a stronger, confident, swimmer while being water safe.   

Once your child advances to level 6 they will be qualified to go to Stroke Clinics.
