PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT
Welcome to LowCountry Swim School! We're dedicated to ensuring you receive the maximum value from your investment in swim lessons. We want our students and families to have a guide with essential information that is crucial to our program. By having this guide, it will enhance your experience. Familiarize yourself with our policies and guidelines, you'll be better equipped to make the most of your lessons, prioritize safety, and enjoy your lessons by increasing your goals.
Dress Code: All students should wear a bathing suit. Students who are not potty-trained are required to wear an approved reusable swim diaper on top of your swim diaper. This helps keep our pools accident free and from being shut down.
Privacy: For your privacy and the protection of students and families we ask that you do not undress on the pool deck. - Please use bathrooms or locker rooms that are open for you.
Timely Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled class time; arriving earlier is unnecessary. For group lessons: if you are 15 minutes late or more, you won't be able to join the lesson, as it would disrupt the flow for punctual students. Also, if you're late, the instructor will conclude the lesson at its scheduled end time. If they have extra time, they'll inform you if they can cover the full lesson.
Billing Simplified: Our monthly billing aligns with your lesson schedule, charging you on the Last Monday of every month for the lessons following month. This ensures fair payment for the weeks included. Remember, payments cover the current month only, offering flexibility and transparency. Please keep in mind that advanced multi-month payments are not accepted. Your convenience and value are our priority.
Drop Policy: For discontinuing lessons, provide a 30- Day notice via Form on website BEFORE your intended end date. Please avoid using text, email, or calls for current month cancellations. Utilize the form, crucial for notifications.
WE DO NOT TAKE DROPS AFTER THE 5th OF THE MONTH.
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours prior to your lessons.
Please note, communication via text, call, or email to our administration is required.
As soon as you're aware of a lesson you'll miss, contact us at 843-981-2885 or via email at info@lowcountryswimschool.com so we can record the future absence and let the instructors know. You may enter a maximum of 2 anticipated absences for each month any other absence. However, any classes canceled on our end due to weather, pool maintenance, or other unexpected circumstances will be made up immediately. We do not carry make up lessons into the next month or use them for Credits.
It's important to understand that makeup lessons cannot be utilized as credits or applied towards next month's lessons. There is no reschedules for the class missed without notification. If you cancel after 24 hours, you cannot reschedule the class. We understand Emergencies and sickness happen so please contact our office. If this is a consistent pattern of cancellations, we will then reach out to you to discuss the lessons.
Refund Policy: Regrettably, we cannot provide refunds for lessons that have been completed or were paid for within the ongoing month, aligning with our refund policy. Depending on your circumstances, we may extend credits or issue makeup lessons.
Please note that the $45 registration fee is NONREFUNDABLE.
Weather Policy: Lessons carry on in light rain but may be canceled for heavy downpours or lightning within 7 miles. A canceled or significantly shortened lesson due to weather earns a makeup. Look for weather updates 30 minutes before your lesson. Please understand that sudden storms might arise, affecting timely communication.
For essential alerts, your instructor or administration will contact you.
By acquainting yourself with our policies, you're ensuring that your swimming journey remains smooth, successful, and fits you and your family's needs.
