LowCountry Swim School, strives to offer our clients unparalleled service by continually pushing ourselves to be at the forefront of the aquatics industry when it comes to convenience, flexibility, safety, trust, and results. Convenience and Flexibility at LowCountry Swim School, we offer our clients convenience by providing Swim Instructors who will teach private swim or group lessons at our clients’ home, community pools and public pools. We work hard to make it convenient for our students and families and work around busy schedules. Our swim lessons can easily be rescheduled, as long as 24 hours notice is given. WE ARE AQUAMOBILE! At LowCountry Swim School, every instructor is highly experienced and has completed a rigorous training program, earning their Red Cross/Lifesaving Instructor certification, along with CPR-C and Standard First Aid certifications. Many of our instructors also hold advanced qualifications and have formal training as educators. Each instructor undergoes a thorough screening process, including background checks, and is fully insured to ensure the highest level of safety and professionalism for our students.

At LowCountry Swim School, we specialize in working with individuals who have autism, Down syndrome, Angelman's syndrome, anxiety, sensory needs, motor challenges, or those who learn differently. Fun for You or Your Child. Convenient for You.
LowCountry Swim School’s Perpetual Lessons model is the ideal solution for busy families and adults. Our subscription-style program offers flexibility by providing year-round lessons, unlike traditional swim lessons tied to specific seasons or dates.
We require only a 1-month commitment, and you can easily adjust lesson times to fit your schedule. If you need to stop, just give us a 30-day notice received on the first of the month, and we’ll take care of the rest.
In addition to flexible scheduling, we offer a 10% sibling discount, military discount, and senior discount. No combined discounts will be applied.
Each session lasts for one month, and billing is done monthly based on the number of lessons in the month.

Wendy is the owner and founder of LowCountry Swim School, bringing over 30 years of experience in aquatics. Her journey began in high school under the mentorship of Aquatic Director Carla Chelko at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. While competing on her high school swim team, Wendy discovered a passion for teaching students with disabilities and special needs—a passion that guided her work as a swim instructor and lifeguard throughout high school and college.
As a mother, Wendy continued to volunteer in aquatics and other sports while her own children swam competitively. After relocating to Charleston in 2017, she recognized the growing need for swimming and water safety in the LowCountry and has since dedicated herself to serving the Charleston community with the same passion and expertise that has defined her lifelong career.
Brian serves as the CSO (Chief Strategy Officer) for Lowcountry Swim School as well as serving as CSM (Client Success Manager) for SouthStar Capital. Additionally, Brian is a member of the advisory council for the IBM Z ScaleUp Programs and on the Advisory Board at the Harbor Entrepreneur Center in Charleston, SC. As CSO, Brian helps

She is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelors majoring in Community Recreation, Sports, & Camp Management with a minor in Recreational Therapy and a Masters in Parks
