How kids learn to swim with us

Our learn to swim program moves through clear levels, starting with water safety and floating and building upward toward strong, confident strokes. Here is how that progression works.

1

Safety and comfort

We begin with water safety and a gentle introduction to floating, so your child feels calm, secure, and confident before anything else. Level 1 is all about water safety and floating introduction.

2

Floating and basics

Next your swimmer builds on that foundation with basic strokes, breathing, and more water safety, gaining the core skills every confident swimmer needs.

3

Strokes and technique

From there we strengthen strokes, add treading water, flip turns, diving, and refined technique, so your child keeps growing as a strong, capable swimmer.
